Where did summer go?
And just like that, it's time to get back to school. With one eye on the new academic year, parents have reached out for support. From one-to-one lessons to full-time residential schooling, the most important place to start is a diagnostic. This means starting with gentle assessments to understand gaps from last year as a way to build a bridge into the next. Here's how we're helping families now that summer's over.
Learning isn't one-size-fits-all
A diagnostic is an intro session with a subject specialist. Your child works interactively through a set of tailored questions. The educator asks questions to assess strengths, areas for improvement, and gaps.
Based on this, you receive a report detailing what we found, what we would do about it, and a structured plan going forward.
A twenty-minute diagnostic consultation with a member of our academic team. Ask us anything.
Mock revision groups
Like the end of summer, mock exams arrive faster than anyone expects. While they are only a test run, they form the basis for predicted grades that are shared with universities. Every child who did pre-mock lessons last year improved on their previous assessment grade. These lessons are for GCSE and A Level groups run online and in person in Dubai with qualified subject experts and examiners.
Revision groups are deliberately small to give every student the time they need.
University mentorship
This time next year, parents of final year students will be dropping their beloved off at university halls. To make sure they're at the best-fit university, we match students with mentors who have been there and done it.
From Oxbridge interview practice, to admissions tests, portfolios and BMAT-style preparation all the way to the unglamorous parts: deadlines, references, and what to do if a predicted grade lands lower than hoped. We've got a mentor to guide you.
Unified teaching, learning & parenting
Every Phoenix family has a parent portal. You'll access what was taught, what landed, what did not, and what comes next.
Your child gets their own login with curated resources, a living learner profile, as well as access to expertise on universities and careers.
Who's teaching my child?
We've assembled and trained academic teams for the most ambitious schools and families. What we look for never changes: the ability to be a mentor or a guide, and the ability to make learning accessible, engaging, and relevant to young people.
And so, our educators can be STEM experts with PhDs or senior leaders from leading independent schools. Each one thoughtfully hand-selected to support your child.
Let us know what you're looking for and we'll share profiles including where they trained, what they examine, which boards they know intimately, how long they have taught the specification your child is sitting.
